House cleaning was instructed several times not to clean (in line with their Eco policy) however came to room one evening to find a bin in my room and soy sauce spilt on floor.
I didnt eat or bring any food into my room during my stay.

Not a 3 star property. Breakfast was ok. Room was dirty, specially bathtub. Kitchen doesn't have minimum staff.

The staff were amazing. Mark at the front desk is so kind and understanding. There was another gentleman that helped me out in time of need but i cant remember his name. They were all so helpful.

The rooms smelled like mildew. The room was filthy, theres no way a room should be left that way. The room wasnt swept or vacuumed, didnt look like the sheets had been washed. There was hair in the refrigerator. There were boogies on the wall. Coffee spills on the side table and wall. I just feel like theres no effort put into the housekeepers job they are able to get away with the bare minimum.

The staff was very nice and accommodating! Seems like they are turning a new leaf however the cleanliness of our room was just not ok - I did the typical Lysol cloths and spray wipe down and went upon our day and felt ok with checking sheets beds and baseboards of the room. I do this I EVERY PLACE WE STAY so nothing against this property as I didnt see a bug issue. We needed towels and linens for the pull out as well as a fan bc we were outside most of the time due to our activities and the heat being over 105 and they sent them right up ! Will stay again

The pool was disgusting, the water was like a hot tub. Our room nine of doors locked. The breakfast was overran by people who live there and they took most of the food to their rooms. Our medication came up missing from our room. Heart meds and other.
Positives:
The location was perfect for us and it was very comfortable Breakfast was great and everyone was very helpful

I think the the outside areas needed more attention, trash and things were left around and many cigarette butts.
