This seemed like a very clean, nice location with interior doors. Lobby smelled nice

It was fine until my second night when German cockroaches made their presence known. I tried to ignore one, changed beds, then saw more in the second bed with me. This was around midnight, had to get dressed and the front desk moved me to a room across the hallway

There were loud folks partying every night, and the hallways would fill up with stinking piles of garbage every night. I didn’t feel clean walking through the halls.

Location was great. Online check was great.
Negatives:
Floors were not swept, bed hard, air conditioner was loud and there is a crack in the door, you can see into the hallway with the door locked, towels stained and dingy, the smell fragrance was too strong. I could not sleep because of the light from the window, noise of doors opening and slamming close, I asked for top floor but got a room on 1st level where I could hear people walking upstairs.

Booking has deceived me and there was no way to resolve this difficult situation. They ruined my night with the wrong reservation and the low availability that Booking has.
