Negatives:
They admitted they are doing a renovation and some of the rooms air conditioners are fixed but not all. The room we had was warm and uncomfortable. I was told if we canceled the first night I’d get a refund on the remaining days. The receptionist didn’t put a note in and it appeared we didn’t cancel. After being charged the full amount I called to find out that nothing was done and they would only refund 1 day of my 3 day stay.
