Been staying at LQ for years and this was the worst stay. The room smelled musty. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat as an ironing board. The breakfast was sad! Thankfully I had a sandwich leftover from the night before.
I've also never had to call in for points or Veteran status to be applied to the bill.

The breakfast was awful. Bacon was undercooked. The area where the breakfast was served was filthy. There was no milk for cereal and the syrup for the waffle was empty. Syrup was all over anything you touched.
The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was hot.
