Its quiet in its location. Very close to numerous amenities. Ease of access to the property and rooms. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any needs. For being a budget stay, it was awesome.
Negatives:
It would be nice to possibly have a small portable storage closet. I would suggest bringing your personal pillows.

It was 105 degrees in Texas. The ac was not on. The room smelled terrible like urine and mildew . The couch smelled like someone or something urinated on it. The bed only had a sheet on it. We did not stay at the motel.
