I booked I think about April 28paid through Booking I got comformation# of payment. when I got to hotel they had no record of my booking and even though I had already pd in full they would not refund. the booking was for May 5, 2023. this was overnight for me and my mother in law while my husband was in the hospital. I had a terrible time finding somewhere else to stay for the night. I need my money refunded ASAP. not a Happy camper!

As a member I would have thought after I said a few times I couldnt see but like 10 channels half was news thought my kids could watch cartoons and I could watch the game and relax but thought they would offer another room or something but nothing left a day early after paying for 2 days cause nothing was done about it properly wouldnt stay again
