Negatives: I booked. Online and when I got to the hotel I was being. Charged a different price. Lady that works There Was so rude And unprofessional. I asked her to cancel my booking and the next day, they charged my bank card without my authorization. Hotel lobby looked dirty and homeless people standing outside the motel.
