The non-smoking rooms were NOT non-smoking. We tried 4 rooms and the last one was barely tolerable to a non-smoker. Deposit was asked for before seeing the room but when we ran out of non-smoking rooms to try they pointed to a "no refunds" sign.

I booked. Online and when I got to the hotel I was being. Charged a different price. Lady that works There Was so rude And unprofessional.
I asked her to cancel my booking and the next day, they charged my bank card without my authorization. Hotel lobby looked dirty and homeless people standing outside the motel.
