Positives: I like the name of the hotel . The employees are very rude and unprofessional

Negatives: Yes they are very rude. I have a disability and my neck moves a lot the head of housekeeping and room cleaner said I was already high. And they then kept my room deposit. That was very out of line and unprofessional I can't believe this happened.
