Positives:
Location and it is pet friendly without any extra charge. The staff are friendly for the most part. We were able to stay longer for a fee.
Negatives:
When we arrived our room had NOT been cleaned at all. When I called the front desk and went down there I was told they were sold out and had no other rooms even though I heard them say other people were checking in after us. I was offered the option of cleaning the room myself or they could clean it. I have never been asked to clean up another persons mess before. The room after being cleaned has an unusual smell like moldy. The AC makes everything damp in the room, your clothes, shoes, the rug, and blankets. Some of the guests were sketchy and using drugs while at the property. You could clearly smell it on them. I think it is the location guests have been sketchy here and at the Best western across the street. The elevator needs work they said they were hit by lighting and it messed it up. The pool does not work and is green. The toilet was not working properly.
