Positives: Heater and ac worked great probably the best of all hotels I have ever stayed in.

Negatives: The hotel is to far from everything in Lubbock. The sheets had holes and big stains on them.

Positives: I didn’t get to stay at this property because when i got an unexpected charges and tried to ask questions about it the manager yelled at me for not understanding. I haven’t never been charged before i arrived at the location before, especially when i have it set to pay at the location. They still haven’t given my money back and continued to charge me twice.
