Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Absolutely trashy. Squatters and Bum, Junkies everywhere. Staff had no idea what they were doing.

Negatives: Wyndham needs to condemn the property and needs to seriously reconsider their brand association with this location.

Negatives: Nothing but a crack house, did not stay

Negatives: The office send people to the room at 11 pm. That no uniform saying they where mantnice. Almost got robbed

Negatives: All that was mentioned very disappointed

Negatives: The outside property was dirty in appearance. Trash bins were over flowing and what appeared to be homeless people were walking back and forth from a group of people camped out in the corners of a restaurant which shared the same parking lot. There was a lot of noise and outside activity, but it was a Saturday night , so I didn’t put too much stock into that; although I probably should have. When I walked in, the office smelled clean and looked very nice, which turned out to be a facade. They tried to put us in 3 separate rooms, so I feel well qualified to make the next statement about their rooms. The absolute worst!!!! The 1st room: looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks - dirty water was visible in a clogged sink. There were cigarette ashes in the drawers, debris on the floor, a missing remote and broken door handle. The phone which we wanted to use to call down to the office to avoid walking up and down the stairs with our luggage, was broken and inoperable. The 2nd room had broken glass all over the floor and the room was in the same dirty condition, from what we could see from the doorway, since we did not need to enter any further to see that the room was not going to work. Upon my 3rd trip back down to the office, my patience was wearing but we had just traveled 7hours from Texas for a concert the next day that I had been waiting to see for over 25 years so nothing was going to deter us; so I thought. The third attempt we were met with a room that was already occupied. We were given a programmed key to open the door for someone else’s stay! I was not only angered by this but embarrassed to have walked in to a room that had people already in it. By this time, I was beyond understanding. When I went back down to the office for 4th time, the lack of regard for what just occurred, the condition of the rooms,in general, the inability or lack of knowledge by the office staff regarding which rooms were occupied was more than alarming.

Negatives: Cleanliness.

Negatives: The reservation process. The presentation of the room. I booked the room for 2 nights and received a confirmation. When I arrived I was given a room that was already occupied. Was given another room that had a mop in the sink, dirty linen on the floor and no covers on the beds. Was given a 3rd room that housed rats in the mattress of one of the beds. They ran around the room the majority of the night.
