My room was dirty there was poop in the toliet & it was clogged the tv also did not work.. the maintenance guy said that he had to remove the whole toliet, so they put me in another room the room was dirty the tub was filthy, the chair had stain on it. There was no night stands.. which had to be brought in.i asked for a refund they refused.. o ended up leaving.. I didn't stay.

The reservation process. The presentation of the room. I booked the room for 2 nights and received a confirmation. When I arrived I was given a room that was already occupied. Was given another room that had a mop in the sink, dirty linen on the floor and no covers on the beds. Was given a 3rd room that housed rats in the mattress of one of the beds. They ran around the room the majority of the night.

The confusion upon arrival. 1st room already had guests in it. 2nd room was very unclean. Mop in sink, no sheets on beds, 3rd room had rats in the mattress of one bed. You could hear them running all night.

The staff member working the counter was friendly, and luckily he refunded us our money back when we promptly returned and said we could not spend the night here.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to my entire life, and I'm 55, not kidding. I'm surprised the city has not shut this place down and bulldozed to the ground. I'm probably going to contact them and recommend, but they have to know how bad this place is. It was like walking into a crime scene and trying to figure out what happened. The air almost made you choke it was so thick smell of nicotine and cigarette smoke. The entire floor was sticky. There were holes in all the walls, some had tissue paper stuck in them, and some looked like bullet holes. There was something orange splattered on the ceiling. The bathroom (toilet and tub) were not clean, no towels, and no hair dryer. We did not want to touch anything inside the room. It did not take us long to determine we could not stay there. Plus, I would not feel comfortable leaving my truck parked in the parking lot overnight. I grew up in South Dallas, and the area where the hotel is made me feel uncomfortable, and I grew up in South Dallas!

Negatives:
The rooms were questionable with the deadbolt on the front door broken, no trash cans, and dirty, dingy sitting chairs. The bed sheets looked so questionable that we slept on top of the cover sheet. Outside, there were drug dealing and possible prostitution.
