The right rear door nearest room 228 did not take a key to unlock. The concierge said he would send towels but, did not. Scrambled eggs were more runny than one would rnjoy but, the omelette stations made up for it.

I have stayed here several times. The staff is exceptional. Friendly and they bend over backwards to help you. The facility is clean. The breakfast is tasty. The beds are comfortable.
Negatives:
My only complaint is that our key cards kept going bad. I was there for four days and had five different key cards. For my last time in the room, I asked a cleaning lady to help me get in. Her key didnt work either. She hit the door lock a few times, and then it worked.
