Negatives: It was dirty in the corners of the room and on the floor. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room by the elevator we could hear up and down all night. I did request bottom floor. Our room was facing the loop 289 and traffic all night. Just not a pleasant stay. If we kept the air on all night long it did help.

Negatives: Visitors are not able to access my room. This includes food delivery and medical personnel. This is unacceptable. Rarely staff at front desk. No coffee or breakfast of any sort. Sheets often not available at our request. Too expensive
