Between Friday, Nov 8th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Nov 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Nov 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 9, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: There was no room service provided. Changing sheets, new towels, refil soap. There was only one bar of soap provided for both the shower and bathroom sink. Staff constantly disturbed me regarding the checkout time. Did not make me feel welcome.

Positives: The good: clean room, ample parking, comfortable bed & close to amenities.

Negatives: The bad: 1st floor smelled like CBD dispensary, shower had a hard time working, no coffee maker in the room, sparsely furnished room, noisy if you are facing the highway & very slow WiFi (measured 3 Mbps).
