Positives: The good: clean room, ample parking, comfortable bed & close to amenities.

Negatives: The bad: 1st floor smelled like CBD dispensary, shower had a hard time working, no coffee maker in the room, sparsely furnished room, noisy if you are facing the highway & very slow WiFi (measured 3 Mbps).
