The facility was dirty we walked in and there was a really bad odor, went to the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke (we requested non smoking), had a manager go to check if we were lying about the smoke smell. The chairs had stains on them and the bed had blood stains as well. Requested to get a refund to go to another hotel and the lady at the front gave a really bad attitude and was complicated on giving the refund back. The facility also was doing remodeling and the workers made it uncomfortable to walk in the hallways because of them staring and making so much noise.

I went to get coffee at 6:15 am and I had to turn on the lights in the dining area. If I had been here on business instead of my daughter’s college graduation that would have been a problem. Not happy they didn’t have lids for the coffee either. That’s minor tho.
