Requested room not next to an elevator or ice machine. Woman at reception desk seemed to understand request and looked at her room chart. When we arrived in Room 400 we found it was next to ice snd vending machine. Not happy about that. The breakfast could be better. The waffle machine out of order.

I asked if I could have my rooms close since one of the people who was traveling with me was elderly and the other a child and they were the opposite, as far away as possible, one in the first and the other in the 4th. floor, when I arrived they said that my reservation was not the one I made through booking, the employee acted arrogant and nothing was done to help us,
