Elevator malfunctioned (stopped) while I was in it between the 2nd and 1st floor. While I was using the emergency call button, the elevator dropped a few inches. That was scary. After talking to emergency services, I tried kicking the door. After a few minutes, it finally opened. I called emergency services back and let them know I was out. Staff didn't seem too concerned. Their response was, "Oh, I thought that was fixed yesterday." Also, the room was full of dust behind items such as the end table, the chair and the bed. They clean where you can see, but don't clean behind things.

Hotel in need of updating. Furniture very beat up, horrible musty and damp room with bad perfume smell to try and cover up, elevator out of order for several hours, pool closed by county health departmemt.
