Terrible experience after 3 days...
Positives:
Ali and all of the staff were courteous and helpful. There is still renovation going on but despite this the facility was clean. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and the senora running the breakfast area was friendly and the food met our expectations. The coffee was good and when it got low, the senora made sure it was full and hot. The hotel room was a king suite and it met our needs and had plenty of room to relax and spread around our stuff.
Negatives:
There are renovations being made and so the appearance was not as good but once the renovations are done it will look fantastic.

They were in the process of a remodel so there was workers all over the place. They kept propping the outside door open which was making it hot in the hallways and making it accessible to people that are not supposed to be there.
