Breakfast and location were great!! The hot tub and balcony were perfect touches. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable.
Negatives:
The bed could have been a little softer, but it wasn't bad. You can hear people walking around a little more than at some places maybe, but it wasn't enough to keep us awake. We asked for a room away from the elevators just in case.

THE LOCATION OF THE INN, THE VIEW, THE ROOM AND THE CLEANLYNESS WERE GREAT.

Breakfast wasn't as good as where I usually stay. (Holiday Inn, Confront Inns. The sausage was more like Dog food.
THEY PUT US IN A ROOM NEXT TO A DOG, IT WOKE US UP AY 10, 10:30, 11:45 AND THE LAST TINE 12:30 BARKING. I TRIED TO CALL AND HAVE THEM MOVE US, BUT COULDN'T GET A DIAL TONE. THE NEXT MORNING THE PHONE WORKED.

It would be great to have had real butter but luckily there was a grocery store nearby. Also, please have an option for meat other than pork everything, maybe offer turkey or chicken sausages.

Style of hotel, cleanliness and friendliness of staff
Negatives:
Did not have enough towels in room for the amount of people on reservation so we had to pickup towels on check-in and housekeeping took towels to clean but didn’t replace with the number of towels we needed. Party on 3rd floor conference room? on Friday night and the people were extremely loud and rude after midnight!!! They woke us up with their drunkenness and loud talking and laughing!!!! Some people are just selfish and self-absorbed!
