Positives: The hotel was in a great location and everything felt very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Positives: Large room and the room was cleaned daily, Room lighting and furnishings were appealing to the eye. It did wonders to create a relaxing mood. The smart TV was nice so that we could use the Netflix app. My desk chair was broken but I had it replaced right away after calling the front desk. I also liked the restaurant/bar choices. I didn't have much time to enjoy it but it was nice to have it available, certainly something I would like to take an advantage of next time.

Negatives: Breakfast was not very good. Limited, cold, and not very tasty. We tried it both days and were disappointed. I also think an elevator would be a great investment. I don't mind walking upstairs but I can see how many guests would be upset about not having one since the rooms are spread out. It makes for a lot of walking.

Positives: Friendly staff. Clean, renovated rooms. No carpet in my room! New LVP instead. Restaurant and bar on premises. This just became my goto for overnights in Marshall.
