Excellent location. Facilites are clean and modern.
Negatives:
Our room had an unpleasant stuffy smell all the time. Not smoke, just stuffy with an unpleasant odor. Breakfast is poor compared to established restaurants like IHOP but that's to be expected from this kind of hotels where the goal is to deliver the minimum required at the lowest cost. It makes me think though if next time I should select a hotel without breakfast and go to restaurants.

The beds are comfortable, and the room was clean and big. No musty smell. The remodeled bathroom was master suite standards. The blackout screen on the window. Soft pillows.
Negatives:
Our window view was not great. We packed our luggage in our car at 6 am and the exterior lights were not on, it was dark, and it did not feel safe. Only 1 elevator. I got locked out of my room and housekeeping saw me come out of my room, I asked her to let me back in and she was rude and told me to ask another housekeeper for help and kept walking.

Told the new guy staff that room was not properly clean , there’s hair at the sink , handle of hand soap , stained bed sheet and the night employee told me that nothing can be done , so I just ask for Lysol wipes to clean it up

Location is good, the only thing is the property is at the exit and traffic do not let you merge right away, so you have to go around in order to enter the property.
Negatives:
They were remodeling , I guess, did not see any notice in the web page. So they started working early, lot of noise, so we could not sleep. Whole day was loud noise. ( We stayed for 2 nights) You have to be sensitive to the guest, you are a facility across from the hospital, so is its convenient for us from out of town to stay. Disappointed customer.
