Cockroaches were coming in and out of the corner of the wall. I had to request a second room because it smelted so bad with mildew. I asked and they changed out my room without a question but the second room smelled the same exact way and mind you i have a one year old. the manager said she was going to have someone come in and try to help us out with the smell no one ever came to check back in with us. I had to purchase an air freshener that sprays every 9 minutes just to not have to smell the stench. The tv remote didn’t work to the television and the WiFi was so slow. The washing machine that i used was broken. From the 2nd-5th floor it smells through out the hotel with the 3rd floor having a strong smell of raid and i know that because the 3rd floor has the ice machine.

Pool was clean but water need the jets running to circulate water.
The room had a Stale smell, , visitors were like it's nice but the room smells bad. I said yes it smells like it had a bad water leak and they were still drying it and rented it out in spite of the smell. I did report it but nothing was done.
