Negatives: Sofa in room worn and throw pillows were horrible until I did not sit on sofa. Felt like things were biting me in bed, although I couldn't visually see anything, bed was not comfortable, woke up withmy back sore . People next to me had small children that was screaming, crying, yelling, jand sound like they were jumping and running very annoying. Next morning having breakfast a woman was coming with fairly large dog on leash and a small dog that were growing, barking and raring up, but host would not allow her to come in buffet area with the dogs, thank goodness. Tried to call from desk with complaints several times that evening but call would not go through, also made this known to desk. Nice hotel lobby, food and location, but I will never stay there again until they make improvements.

Negatives: Outlets on the bedside lamps didn't work. I had to pull out the bedside table and use the wall outlet for my chargers and CPAP machine. Good thing I brought a power strip along. I had asked for a handicapped room, but there wasn't one available. But the room they gave me was just about as far from the elevators as it could be. Since I have trouble walking long distances (especially with luggage) that location was not ideal. I'll be more specific about my requirements next time.

Negatives: We had nothing but problems between the staff messing up our reservation, giving us the wrong room, & not being able to rectify it bc they were booked. There was violent activity happening on the premises next door to us & due to our problems, I was told Id get a refund but never did. So now I have to fight for that..
