we had a family graduation near by. the location was perfect. the rooms were very clean. beds comfortable, staff very accommodating. we booked two rooms a family member needed a room, the staff accommodated my family members at the last minute. over all this place was perfect. very impressive being i had read some of prior reviews that were negative. it looks like the hotel rooms had been updated. and the price was amazing. my family and i will stay here again if needed.

My TV wasn't working and when I told them they say they would sent the maintenance person to check,but he never showed up then I went to tell them again and the person at front desk came to check. He say he couldn't anything that he would sent the maintenance person but no one showed up . So I wasn't able to watch TV all my time there

Not at all as prompted. There was no ice machine, no breakfast, our bathtub leaked all over the floor. The main door to the room would not shut all the way you could see daylight and they would not let us move. Then charged us an extra 50 dollars for a non smoking deposit which again was not told up front. It was Aweful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

My room smelled like urine. When asked to move I was told half an hour to an hour wait. However 2 hrs later still sitting in the same smelly room with no help. Later I was too exhausted to wait I decided to just bare with it. Front Desk was undermanned!!

We had to switch into three different rooms before they found us a clean one. We honestly should not have even had to pay for this experience at all. It was the worst hotel experience we've ever had.
