The room we booked was a single king and it was GROSS. The room smelled like cigarettes. Looked nothing like pictures.

When we discovered the room...

The breakfast was good, however the handles on the waffle maker were broken and you had to be careful not to burn yourself.

3rd floor suite, very disappointed. Not renovated like our previous first floor room. Bathroom door would not close, bath fan was unplugged and appeared to not be working. Closet door did not close. Coffee maker had to be moved to side table as electrical outlet was above sink and could not be reached. The faucet in kitchen sprayed and needed new something. The hooks on bathroom doors were missing or partially removed. Carpet had several bare spots of wear and tear. One of the dollies for luggage had flat tires and it was 1 off the 2 available. I was very disappointed in room appearance.

The night clerk was above and beyond. I am disabled, and he actually brought my dinner up to me, which was such a kindness, and actually that young man is responsible for 50% of the rating I’m giving you.
Negatives:
I try to avoid powdered eggs. The coffee was meh, the sausage was greasy, and you really need a second waffle maker. Also, a bedside lamp needed a new bulb or rewiring. And on that note, the coffee kit should be plugged in- I should not have to check it’s plugged in, find out it isn’t, and move it to a plug so it could be used. You also need the book with the local attractions and restaurants that deliver just information every guest needs like what are the pool hours? What are the gym hours? Honestly, I was surprised not to be able to find it.
Also, a TV guide would be nice!

I stayed with my family of 5
They cleaned the room once in 7 days, and we kept complaining to the front desk day and night managers, also cleaning staff. But no one bothered to clean the room. Everyone asked me what your room number was. Every time they wrote on the paper.
Even a couple of times, we left room early so they could clean the room. But when we came back in the evening the room was dirty, they changed the bed sheet only once.
I'm really disappointed.
Today (Aug 30th, 2024), I reported to the day manager that he spoke to the housekeeping manager, that manager lied to him, and told him that we refused them to clean the room.

Felt very unsafe in parking lot. There was a boy (about 14??) that met me at my car making me think he was a valet and asked to carry my luggage...i said no thank you....he walked in the hotel and stood at the desk while I checked in....now, knowing my room number because the desk clerk said it out loud. and then he asked again to take my luggage to my room..again...no thank you...thus him riding up the elevator up with me....a bit un-nerving that the hotel would allow this with me being a single lady. Nothing more from that point on but I was not at ease the whole stay there and did not sleep at all.

The staff planted parafanalia in our room and tried to say we were smoking in the room. Then they tried to charge my card 7 times for a total of almost 700 dollars. The rooms and the hotel as a whole stunk. Like smelled of mildew. It was outdated and gross. Staff was awful. Couldn't even give me all of my change and forced me to buy concessions so they didn't have to figure it out.
