The outside was unkempt and trashy. Our room door didn't even locked. I thought la Quinta was a better 1st class hotel , it was a big disappointment. All the lights were unplugged.

Nothing, except seeing it in my rear view mirror as I left to find a cleaner, safer place to stay the night

That is still in operation. There isn't anything to like about it. People doing drugs, with their door open, playing music, speaking loud. Rooms were dark, Plumbing didn't work, phone in room didn't work, ac unit just sucked in the weed smell from next door as they were all smoking it with the door open.
