Sink plugged, Did not make or clean room, phones did not work, did not replace towels. The minute I pay for the room, it means you have to make or clean rooms DAILY. I didn't care what your policy is. Hotels have been take advantage of customers since COVID blaming it on COVID-19 thats why they are not making the rooms, but covid not here anymore. That needs to STOP immediately we pay you for the rooms so do your job and CLEAN daily.
