Room was extremely gross. Curtains were all tore up and had brown stains all over them. There was some type of brown splatter all over the walls. I found roaches in my room. Bathtub faucet was nearly completely broken out of the wall. The room smelled like rotted fish. Sheets were dirty, I went and bought my own blankets to use. Toilet had poop stains inside it when we got there that I had to clean.

Mold in tub, no simple breakfast or vending machines. Needed a chairs to relax- used sports folding chairs we had with us. Seldom had coffee available. Toilets were extremely low. They were extremely difficult for elderly to use. AC unit was not working.Mo phones for services . The bed was over 36 inches high and we had get a stool and fight to climb on it. It was terrible. Will never stay there
