The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable.

One of the washrags had a dark brown stain on one corner. The room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. The coffee was lukewarm and I asked an employee to warm it up she said are you sure it’s not just a meal that is very cold. I poured out some coffee by itself and yes, it was lukewarm. She Just made me feel like I was lying

Hotel room smelled really bad like mold the room was not cleaned the next day. Restrooms outside of room were over filled with trash . Would not recommend or go back for another stay.

Staff did not seem interested in us being there. Woke up after midnight by loud voices and footsteps or jumping from room above us. Value hot breakfast foods j edible like other Hamptons.
