Location was good for a funeral we were attending.
Negatives:
First room, TV did not work and phone did not work or have the card with instructions to call the front desk. Had to pack everything up to move to another room. Moved to a second room and it had no TV so they moved us to a third room. Ice machines on all floors except ground floor did not work. I sneezed to whole time we stayed there so something was wrong (mold or something and smelled musty).

It has a very good location near the Anzalduas Bridge. Standar size room with basic amenities .
Negatives:
3 things. 1- It smells like moist. In the room and also on the corridors. 2- They do not clean the rooms daily. It is clean but they clean every third day. NOT acceptable. 3- The breakfast…. Very bad experience. The person that was bringing the food was VERY rude. Also they have to be prepared to vacation period. Lots of people waiting for the food. Like a refugee shelter in line and people very anxious because there was no food.
