The facility was loud til late in the evening. The bathroom was not clean. The staff was not friendly and had to be coaxed to work. Price was too high for the amenities offered.

The hotel had a power outage, and the guests were not informed until the location was determined. The building was sweltering. My wife asked about a refund at the front desk. They replied that the refund would be issued at a later date, so my wife left the location very upset.
