The fact reservation was made 2 months in advance for check-in at 3:00 and the room wasn't ready until 4:30 and still had to pay full price on top of have to deal with asshole at the front desk on a power trip! The patron checking in before us had to deal with the same crap! This was NOT what I was expecting from such an established company.

In general the hotel was good. It was the problem with handling the power outage from hurricane Beryl that made me give poorer rating.
Negatives:
Hurricane Beryl came through over night the first night we were there. The power went out on Monday morning at 5:15am. We had one more night booked. Mon morning I asked at the front desk what is the cancelation policy for when the power goes out. Desk clerk said he did not know the policy and he could not contact the manager because phone service was out and cell phone service was out. We had to stay the second night because we were not allowed to check out. There was no power the whole time.
