The air conditioning was great.

The carpet was stained and the fitted sheet had 2 cigarette burns just under the middle pillow and another stain at the foot of the bed. Dead bugs around the base of the toilet and crickets coming in through the gap around the door. The top step leading to the second floor was uneven with the other steps.

The owner of this property , he happens to live here I’m assuming and he was amazing he’s wandering around taking care of his garden and doing his thing and he couldn’t speak very good English but he was really really very pleasant to be around
