It was terrible! I spent a lot of money for a GREEN POOL, HOT filthy bug room. VERY DISSATISFIED! The owners made it clear they are slow and can’t afford to maintain their hotel! So very sad! It’s already hard to be able to afford these days to go on a vacation with your family and these hotels take advantage of you and feel like they can take advantage of you and no one can do anything about it!!! You are suppose to be safe and comfortable when staying at someone’s hotel! We complained about it and the door at the end of hall not locking people walking in off the streets at there discretion when our room was 5 ft from that door and the owner says it cost him 400 to fix and they aren’t gonna fix it!!! Unexceptionable on every level!!!!

She claimed that there was a hold of a deposit and she only returned half of my deposit not all of it. I’ve been calling her. I’ve been calling the hotel and it’s going straight to voicemail. They’re not handling the situation professional on it professionally we had other family members that got supposedly a hold and they were going to reverse it and they didn’t reverse anything on my family members. I had to call the bank to make a claim to get that money backup

All the breeding had hair all over it. When I requested new breeding I was told they didn’t have any. Then I was offered the concierge’s personal bedding which had been used. When I mentioned how this was not what I expected or what was advertised I was yelled at by hotel staff. Horrible experience

Breakfast was toast and cereal. Cereal contained old cereal with new poured in the container.
Orange Juice was Sunny D. No coffee except in room which the maker wasn’t cleaned properly and coffee was not drinkable.

Saw 3 roaches in our room.
Bathroom had rusted hinges on the door, patches of wall paint missing , and a patched ceiling over the shower.
