Couch was beat up and so uncomfortable. We had our dog with us. $50.00 extra for our dog was way too much. $25.00 would be more reasonable. Our dog is a low shedding dog. I would like to know what your staff does to do extra cleaning. The property needs an update.

We had an issue with bedding and all I did was ask the front desk and we got upgraded to another room due to the inconvenience. That room ended up fitting my family better. I will definitely return to this location.

Price was almost 100.00 more for many other Hampton Inn. A remodel is in order, beat up trim and builtins. Door didn't close without pushing on it and a hard pull to get it open. Window area had water damage.
