There was hardly anything for breakfast and i was the 2nd person with my family and there was no coffee no juice it was terrible

The room was dirty, sheets were used and dirty, lots of hair in sink and bthtube. I dont understand if we asked for a handy cap room why was tjere a tube. It was hard transferring my parent to the tub from a wheel chair. You could tell it wasnt vacuumed and there was dog food under the a/c unit

The breakfast cook, put out the largest, most diverse breakfast I have seen and enjoyed; and she did not let anything run out, all with a smile and acknowledgment to guests. At the front desk each had big welcoming smiles
