Positives: The staff was very attentive to the mishaps of that weekend stay.

Negatives: It took me awhile to write this review because I was torn about sayiing the negative condition of the 1st room I was placed in but the staff was very attentive on moving me to another room the next day after finding "Critters" after turning on the light in the middle of the night .The 1st room was dirty and battered up. I have video and pictures. They really should had offered A partial refund for the inconvenience.

Positives: The property was very clean and obviously remodeled. The area was quiet and the bed was as comfortable as any in more expensive hotels. The price was excellent, and I consider an exceptional value.

Negatives: I wasn’t accustomed to the app and I’m not sure I got officially checked out before regular checkout time. We dropped key but didn’t go through the app. I called, though, and the attendant was very nice and said he would take care of it.
