Understaffed and beddings were not changed for the 5 nights.
Please change your chair and sofa beds because they are worn out.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds several weeks prior. Arrived and was told there was only a king available. Was charged the higher rate even though it was no fault of mine. Was offered a comp room but I had already paid for a second room.
