Positives:
The service was so great. The young guy in front was very accommodating and I met the housekeeping woman who was really sweet!
My kids loved the pool and said they had a lot of fun.
Negatives:
As we were bringing in our stuff, we saw a small German Cockroach on our door and then one that got into my husband's bag.
The shower was strange. It had an incline for wheelchair access, but there was nothing to prevent the water from running into the rest of the bathroom.
The outside had dog poop everywhere from the pets allowed to be there, but no one was cleaning after them.
We also booked a disabled room with a kitchenette and brought food to cook only to find out that when I got there, I had to give up the kitchenette in order to have a disabled room.

I booked a king disability room because Im in a wheelchair and even called on the way in but it got given away and changed it to a double queen on the second floor I couldnt get to! It even said I booked a different room on my app and after our stay it says on the booking app I stayed in the disability room!
