I booked a king disability room because I’m in a wheelchair and even called on the way in but it got given away and changed it to a double queen on the second floor I couldn’t get to! It even said I booked a different room on my app and after our stay it says on the booking app I stayed in the disability room!

Not one single thing. Terrible experience. The walls in the rooms were dirty, the hallways not vacuumed. Pool was closed. I asked.if they had plastic ware and they said they didn't .

Night shift attendant rude, no elevator, 2nd floor outside entry does not work after carrying all my stuff up stairs, roaches in the room everywhere hotel smells like pure urine. DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT STAY AND IM PRETTY SURE THEY HAVE LONG TERM RESIDENTS THERE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
