Positives: The staff are top tier, very friendly. I’ve stayed here a few times during my home renovations along with other hotels nearby but so far this has been the best. It’s clean, ac works great, the rooms are nice, colorful and cute. I feel safe, the parking is good and free. Even the breakfast is good and free unlike a lot of hotels around town.

Positives: The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were clean.
Negatives: Although I booked a room with a free breakfast, the hotel had a notice that the recent storm prevented them from serving breakfast. This makes no sense, and there was no nearby restaurant. Guests should have at least been given a partial refund. The "pantry" selling a few snacks, has very little real food. There are a few candy bars and bags of chips. You can't make this into breakfast. Although I have stayed in this hotel seven or eight times I have never been successful with getting the remote to turn on the TV. On one stay I asked the manager to come to my room and activate the remote. She explained that it had to be held in a certain way, at an angle. Between no morning news and no breakfast this visit was miserable. At least send an employee out for a bag of bagels and yogurt!
