THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY, HALLWAYS DIRTY, OUR ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED THE ENTIRE WEEK. THE POOL WAS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY WITH POOP IN IT. THE LAMP IN MY ROOM ALMOST CAUGHT FIRE AND NOBODY DID ANYTHING AND THE SINK IN MY DAUGHTER'S ROOM WAS BROKEN

Bathroom lock not working Not enough break fast items supplied. When I asked for bread , they asked me count. But what they gave is lesser than what I asked for a double bed room. Not worth the money. Price is too expensive for the experience we had .

The only issue I had was that somehow, miraculously, a different card was charged rather than the one that was used during my booking. I am STILL waiting to recover those funds a month later.
