Was my 1st time at a Home2Suites-will definitely choose the hotel when I travel.
Positives:
Clean, friendly staff, wonderful welcone with bag of cold bottled water and treats for our dog. Kitchenette fully stocked with utensils and all. Safety was a priority and doors looked at night only able to get in at front door with key card.

Nice that it was a full breakfast, not a continental breakfast. The room was large and had all the "extras ". The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The location was good the gym was great

I was charged extra because my husband is in the oil field and they complained about the towels on top of the I didn't get my deposit back even though they called and charged my card for the towels.

Love all the bright colors, loved how clean it was and was super comfortable. Also super dog friendly, the morning check out they gave our dog some milk bones.

The only problem we had was the toilet kept kicking on and off and the morning of leaving it got stopped up and water ended up all over the floor so we had to let them know about that.
