Caught case of scabies. my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from 5/17-5/19 Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a relaxing visit turned into an unpleasant experience due to significant hygiene issues.
Shortly after our stay, we developed several bite marks on our body (thought it was mosquito bites) that turned out to be scabies. Upon consulting a healthcare professional, it was determined it was scabies likely caused by the bedding due to inadequate cleaning standards in the hotel room.

the staff could have been just slightly friendlier, a first impression is always a good impression. Not complaint worthy, but maybe a smile would have been great upon check-in :)

I did like that the hotel is in the middle of shopping plazas & restaurants nearby.
Negatives:
Although the hotel was fairly clean the first room we checked into on the first floor had a roach under the covers on the first bed. The only accommodation we received was another room but on the second floor. I did not like that I was not issued a discount or refund because I specifically asked for a very clean and sanitized room due to having my children with me.
