There were a number of bugs in my room. Not roaches. Small hard shell crawling not running bugs!! Staff was helpful but totally unfriendly. I did not report the bugs while there so they weren’t mad about that! I don’t know why they were unfriendly. Hardly looked at me nor did they smile, but they were efficient with check-in and the second day I had to have my key cards re-keyed. She did it, handed them back, never said a word or looked at me. Also my a/c was very noisy as were my neighbors.
