The property is very dirty with creepy things in every corner of the room. The receptionist (corporate) is the worse person I have ever seen in all the countries I have visited. She lack manner of approach and she even called the authority on her customers. She is not fit to be within hospitality environment.

The facility was nowhere as clean as advertised, there were roaches the bed was sunken in my room was never cleaned once throughout my weekend stay. There were safety concerns such as the sprinkler head being covered and smoke detector removed from the room.

While I'm disappointed with my stay, I regret booking despite reading negative reviews.
The hotel is outdated and the floors were dirty.
There was a musty odor, and the cleanliness was lacking.
To my dismay, I even encountered cockroaches. Additionally, mold was visible above the shower. I had hoped for at least a breakfast option, but I found only oatmeal packets.
