Negatives: The staff said they have no rooms available and our confirmation number doesn't matter and sent us on our way after driving 13 hours through the Colorado, New Mexico and Texas heat. The staff told us to call Booking.com for ANY refund, reimbursement or compensation. She didn't even apologize for ANY inconvenience!

Negatives: staff took forever to get me set up smelled like smoke all the way even in the room and its supposed to be a non smoking place. dirty place

Negatives: There was rarely a staff person at the desk when you needed something and no clear instruction for contacting one. Hallways had bad odor "Breakfast on the go" was misleading. A muffin and coffee is not "breakfast." Staff told me they had no spoo

Negatives: Waited 15 min looking for attendant to check us in. Was assigned a room and found roaches in the shower. Then given a second room and the room appeared clean but it had nats flying around the bed. Looked under the bed had molded food and dirty clothes.

Negatives: took awhile for someone to get to the counter, didnt bother telling us the pool was shut down,there was no breakfast or coffee made, the room was dirty, the pull out couch had a ton of crumbs inside of it so we couldnt use it.

Negatives: The room was not very clean. Hair everywhere, I cleaned the bathtub out and it was nasty. There was a dead roach in the kitchen. If I knew they were not going to actually have breakfast I would of went somewhere else cause frozen muffins isn't breakfast.

Negatives: Yes. Of course. Coming outside and stepping on a RAT!!!! Took pictures too

Negatives: The staff was disengaged and rather incompetent. I got locked out of my bedroom multiple times because the key card stopped working each week on the billing day, plus once in the middle of the week "so that you would have to stop by the reception and we could tell you that your next billing is due in two days". The cutlery provided was barely school cafeteria level. My bathroom initially didn't include a toilet brush, and when I asked for it, I was given one without a holder. I had to extend my reservation by a week and they didn't tell me I had to check in again, so I got locked out one more time. I ultimately left one day early and the receptionist was unable to refund the last night. Definitely not worth the $100+/night they're charging.

Negatives: Hair on bedding and in shower, dirt and food crumbs on kitchen floor. All they did was make the bed and put two sets of bathing towels in room.
